RETURN POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

Hey Girlie Travel purchases are backed by 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase. To exchange or return simply complete the form on your packing invoice and return it with the merchandise to Hey Girlie Travel 24 W Railroad Ave Suite 418, Tenafly, NJ 07670. For your protection, return your package insured by UPS or US mail.

RETURNS:

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We hope you love what you ordered, but if not and you wish to return a product, please contact us via email heygirlietravel@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions. We gladly accept returns of new items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To complete your return, your item must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you have not received a refund yet, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If a reasonable period has passed and your refund has still not posted, please contact us at heygirlietravel@gmail.com

EXCHANGES:

If an item, you receive is defective or damaged. We will be happy to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at heygirlietravel@gmail.com
